A bright little glass object with one foot in the seaform tradition and the other in pure decorative excess. Ribbed shell body, ruffled lip, hot-applied blue and yellow wraps. The trails were laid on while the glass was still molten, which is why they sit proud of the surface and follow the curve of the shell.

It is unapologetically extroverted and better not over-explained. The appeal is immediate: colour, light, and the clear sense that it was made by someone enjoying the material.
