This one is drawn looking down a ladder into a hold, all yellow ground and hard black line, the cargo stacked below and a coil of rope lying exactly where a man's boot is about to go. The composition does the instruction before the words do. The words, when they arrive, are flat and unarguable.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Maritime Museum holds this title and names the artist as Clem Millward, an Australian painter born in 1929 whose other work runs to Snowy Mountains construction sites.
